Q: What is included in the term Civil Rights?

The definition of Civil Rights is ever growing.  Civil Rights are those rights in which we are protected by law.  They represent basic values of our country and boil down to fairness, and our ability to be free. It is something that we view as fundamental.

A violation of one’s Civil Rights can come from an employer, the government, or another individual.
I treat Civil Rights matters extremely seriously.

Each time we stand up for our own Civil Rights, we stand up for each other’s Civil Rights.

As a former prosecutor, I fully understand the power law enforcement has. As a trial attorney, I know the law seems very scary.
